Nobu – Japanese with a twist
26 July 2010
Nobu Restaurant, situated at the One&Only hotel in Cape Town, is named after world-famous master chef Nobuyuki ‘Nobu’ Matsuhisa. This particular restaurant expands Nobu’s legacy into the world even further, as it is the unveiling of his first restaurant in Africa.

No stranger to sophisticated culinary inspiration, Nobu gives conventional Japanese cuisine a modern twist like only he can. Diners can look forward to a treat of only the best South African seafood on offer and local spices in mind-blowing dishes such as Sake Roast Whitefish with Jalapeno or the Chocolate Bento Box - a dark chocolate fondant with green tea ice cream and a sesame seed tuile.
We’ve added Nobu as one of the experiences you’re in line for at the EO Cape Town University – come hungry!
